Our family

Our story began over 40 years ago, with a pie prepared by our grandmother in a traditional bakery in Epirus.

Since then, much has changed — but our core principles remain the same.
 
 

Inspired by our grandmother Theodora’s traditional recipe and guided by respect for Greek culinary heritage, we produce authentic Greek pies and pastry products that combine tradition, carefully selected ingredients and modern production standards.

We believe in fresh ingredients, high quality standards, cleanliness and food safety. We also believe in building strong relationships with our customers based on respect, reliability and long-term cooperation.


 

All our products are produced in our modern facilities using carefully selected ingredients, in accordance with the ISO 22000 food safety standard.

We continuously expand our product range to meet the evolving needs of the market and our partners. At the same time, we ensure that every product reaches our customers in excellent condition.
